Raystra Homecare Services
Home visits are attended by our highly trained carers. All Raystra Homecare clients are provided with a daily log book placed within the home. The daily log book details every aspect of care provided on a given day. An electronic monitoring is in place to monitors visits form carers. They are required to log in on arrival and logout when the care visit ends. Clients or their families can then check the times of the care visits so that they are assured that all calls have been properly attended in accordance with the agreed plan. Our staff are highly trained carers who can help our clients to manage many medical conditions at home. "There's no place like Home!"

Learning Disability
Our carers are highly trained and have an extensive knowledge of many different areas of learning disability. These include: behaviours that challenge; autistic spectrum disorders; complex health needs; communication difficulties; sensory impairment.

Dementia Care

Live-in Care
Our Live-In care team are trained and have a wealth of experience in nursing care. We regularly work alongside local nursing teams to ensure our service users receive the highest quality of care and a continued service making the transition from hospital to home seamless.
Our Live-In services can be long-term or short- term if you have loved ones going on holiday, or you are recuperating from an illness. Here at Raystra Healthcare, we appreciate that sometimes circumstances change, and occasionally, we all need a little helping hand. We can offer a Short-term Live-In package to assist you with your care needs.

If you have been discharged from hospital or know you will have a recovery period from an operation our Live-In carers can be on hand to assist you.
Our Live-In Care Practitioner’s will work alongside your medical teams to ensure your care and support is upheld to the highest standard. Our staff can also help with tasks around the house, shopping or community support.
Our carers can be on hand when you need them. They are experienced and trained to adapt to your requirements and understand when their presence is not required, leaving you in peace to relax and recuperate.
Our Short-Term Live-In Care Service is offered on the same basis as our Long-Term Live-In Service using our three tiered services system.
End of Life Care
Our dedicated End of Life Care teams are specially trained to support those with terminal conditions, and work closely with the relevant health care professionals to ensure you receive the best possible care.
We ensure a small team of care staff provide compassionate end of life support that is tailored to the individual needs of our Customers and their families; providing assistance with personal care and/or practical tasks, focussing on:
